# How to Turn One Project Into 30 Social Posts

You finish real work every week and post none of it. The flywheel fixes that with a fixed recipe: every completed project becomes three posts, fanned across the ten or so platforms your buyers check, which lands around 30 placements per project. AI looks at the photos, writes one master caption from verified facts, and you approve it once.

## Why it works

The hardest part of social for a real business isn't writing. It's deciding. Every single time: what to post, which photo, which platform, what angle. That decision tax is why the posting never happens.

The flywheel deletes the deciding. The recipe is fixed: three posts, three set angles, three consecutive days, every platform. What's left for a human is a one-minute quality check.

## How to run it

1. **Fix the three angles.** Post one: the project itself, the hero shot. Post two: how we work, a detail that shows your standards. Post three: the hard part, the thing that almost went wrong or took real skill. Buyers trust the third one most.
2. **Let AI pick the shots by looking.** Not by filename. By actually reading the images: focal points, light, what the photo argues. Each post gets one distinct shot with a 2-to-5 word on-image headline in your house style.
3. **One master caption, one approval.** AI writes a single master caption under hard rules: facts only from the project write-up, no hype words, a hook in the first 125 characters. You approve that one piece of text. That's the entire manual step.
4. **Fan out and schedule.** The approved master condenses into each platform's native shape: Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn personal, LinkedIn company, Pinterest, and the rest of your buyer's feeds. Three angles times roughly ten platforms is about 30 placements from one project. Three consecutive days, same morning slot, UTM-tagged so clicks attribute.
5. **Verify it shipped.** A scheduled job reads back whether each post actually went live. Social tools fail silently. The flywheel doesn't trust them.

## Real world example

We run this for a remodeling company. A finished terracotta fireplace in Encino became three posts in the house cover-line style, fanned out to around 30 placements over three days, written entirely from the project's published case study and approved in one pass.

The Instagram grid stays in clean rows of three, one row per project, so the profile itself quietly turns into a portfolio. And because the captions only ever state verified facts, the feed sounds like the owner on his best day. Every time.
